Uses / Indications

Granisetron Tablets 1 mg are indicated for:

• Prevention and treatment of radiotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (RINV)

• Aprepitant IP / USP – 125 mg or 80 mg

Uses / Indications

Aprepitant Capsules 125 mg / 80 mg are indicated for:

• Prevention of acute and delayed chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV)

• Used in combination with 5-HT3 antagonists (e.g., ondansetron) and corticosteroids (e.g., dexamethasone)

• Effective in highly emetogenic and moderately emetogenic chemotherapy regimens

Dosage & Administration

• Dosage as prescribed by the physician

• 125 mg capsule: usually administered on Day 1 of chemotherapy

• 80 mg capsule: usually administered on Days 2 and 3

• Can be taken with or without food
