Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate 300 mg + Lamivudine 300 mg + Efavirenz 600 mg Tablets BP (Fixed-Dose Combination)

Tenofovir + Lamivudine + Efavirenz Tablets BP is a single-tablet antiretroviral therapy (ART) used for the treatment of HIV-1 infection in adults and adolescents.

• Tenofovir – a nucleotide reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NRTI) that prevents viral replication by inhibiting HIV reverse transcriptase.

• Lamivudine – an NRTI that blocks viral DNA synthesis, working synergistically with tenofovir.

• Efavirenz – a non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NNRTI) that binds to reverse transcriptase and prevents viral replication.

This fixed-dose combination simplifies HIV treatment by reducing pill burden, improving patient adherence, and providing potent antiviral activity.

Each tablet contains:

• Adults and adolescents: One tablet orally once daily at bedtime on an empty stomach for optimal absorption
